2-5-10 newspaper closings!

2. I dont think the newspaper closings is a good idea. You can find a whole bunch of coupons and things inside a newspaper. I do think its a good idea because it might help with the paper useage, but most people still need the daily paper to save money.

Brittany Murphy's death declared accident

I thought her death was sad. She was a really good actress and one of my favorites. rumors were saying that her death was caused by drugs, which is jumping to conclusions a little if you ask me. her autopsy showed that that wasn't the reason. i feel bad for her husband, she died 5 days before Christmas.....that's so sad :'( i hope her family was able to cope with their loss over the holidays OK.

Defnition of " broadcast journalism"

My definition of "broadcast journalism" is collecting facts and information about things people need to know and informing them publicly. Such as Eastview has the flash/ 4cast, they report news and information through video announcements.

-Real definition- airing news/current events instantaniousely through tv, radio, phone, or internet

2-2-10 usatoday.com response

Taylor Swift Takes a step back from the spotlight after awards

Taylor Swift is a talented young girl. The critics in the article were to harsh, an only seemed to pick on her. the main argument was her live singing voice, the critics think its bad. well, so what. everybodys singing voice sounds different loud but you have to take under account that she doesn't have her normal band and quiet room. she's in a loud big place! and plus, a recorded voice never sounds the same as live, she's moving around and breathing heavier. it;s much tenser.
